Laithwaites has been operating since 1969, as one of the first-ever wine clubs in the world, and is the brainchild of Tony Laithwaite who boasts more than 50 years of winemaking experience.

Tony, his son, Tom, and our tasting team have carefully curated a selection of wines from some of the best high-end producers, globally. A balanced selection of popular varieties and styles, along with digging out lesser-known grapes for a bit of ‘spice’.

At The Red Lion, we pride ourselves on sourcing from responsible and sustainable small batch brands and businesses who have a mission to ‘do good’ and, we want to be transparent to you about the brands we do work with.

Our house pour spirits are high quality and environmentally friendly spirits, handmade, using artisan, ethical processes. We’re also passionate about giving back and have chosen to use Toti rums who give 15% of all profits made to supporting Caribbean marine conservation.
