We are aware that businesses like ours rely on people coming in time and time again. That's why we'll serve you the best of what seasonal and fresh produce we can get hold of.

Our drinks selection is well-formed with perfect pairings for our hearty, pub menu.

Alongside our a seasonal menu, which contains some excellent hearty pub classics, we have a daily changing specials menu. Roasts run all day on a Sunday and we guarantee to make sure you will always have ample spuds, gravy and yorkies!

  • Laithwaites has been operating since 1969, as one of the first-ever wine clubs in the world, and is the brainchild of Tony Laithwaite who boasts more than 50 years of winemaking experience.

    Tony, his son, Tom, and our tasting team have carefully curated a selection of wines from some of the best high-end producers, globally. A balanced selection of popular varieties and styles, along with digging out lesser-known grapes for a bit of ‘spice’.

  • At The Red Lion, we pride ourselves on sourcing from responsible and sustainable small batch brands and businesses who have a mission to ‘do good’ and, we want to be transparent to you about the brands we do work with.

    Our house pour spirits are high quality and environmentally friendly spirits, handmade, using artisan, ethical processes. We’re also passionate about giving back and have chosen to use Toti rums who give 15% of all profits made to supporting Caribbean marine conservation.

    Anonymous Coffee is a local business and independent speciality coffee roaster who roast and brew responsibly sourced specialty coffee for the us good folk in Peppard Common!

We recommend you make a reservation should you wish to dine with us. We love both little ones and your furry friends, and group bookings too (but do just give us a call to book if over 8 people!). Do also inform us of any dietary requests on booking.

Both our bar and restaurant are on the ground floor and offer wheelchair access throughout.
